Full Strength is looking for an experienced home-improvement sales professional to join our growing Jacksonville team. This is not an entry-level sales position . We're looking for someone who already understands roofing, siding, windows, exterior remodeling, restoration, or a related home-improvement industry and knows how to run a professional homeowner consultation, build the right solution, and close high-value projects. Full Strength has been serving Northeast Florida since 1995 and provides roofing, siding, stucco, windows, and other exterior solutions throughout the Jacksonville area. What You'll Do Conduct in-home consultations and exterior inspections Sell roofing, siding, window, stucco, and exterior-remodeling projects Identify homeowner needs and recommend appropriate solutions Build customized proposals and confidently close projects Manage opportunities and follow-ups through ServiceTitan Maintain accurate notes, next steps, forecasts, and pipeline activity Coordinate with estimating and production for a clean project handoff Build strong customer relationships that generate referrals and reviews Track and improve your close rate, average contract value, and overall production What We're Looking For Professional sales experience is required.

Roofing Siding Windows Exterior remodeling Restoration Home improvement Construction sales In-home sales You should also have: Proven ability to close high-value homeowner projects Strong consultative selling skills Knowledge of at least one exterior product category Excellent follow-up and CRM habits Professional communication and presentation skills Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel throughout Jacksonville and Northeast Florida Preferred Experience Asphalt or metal roofing sales James Hardie or vinyl siding Replacement windows ServiceTitan or another home-services CRM Experience coordinating projects with estimating, permitting, or production A measurable sales track record based on annual volume, close rate, average contract value, or similar metrics Why Full Strength?
