The Inside Sales Rep [Optigen] increases revenue by responding to/initiating incoming/outgoing potential customer inquiries and usescompany resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete/accurate data. Uses appropriatetechnologies and follows processes in accordance with company standards to ensure patient contact is handledwith accuracy and operational effectiveness Assumes additional duties in warehouse, purchasing, customeraccount management, and CPAP patient care
JOB FUNCTIONS
Establishes customer contact by receiving inbound or initiating follow up outbound calls Promotes products and facilitates customer needs to utilize company's products or services by adequatelyassessing customer qualification, thoroughly explaining product/services benefits, and assisting with facilitatingphysician communication as necessary Resolves customer concerns by providing appropriate information regarding products and services Records customer information and maintains database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data Ensures quality service by following and adhering to departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards Facilitates sales process by communicating/sharing information with appropriate internal and external contacts Provides customer follow-up as required Contributes to departmental objectives by accomplishing required contact and sales results Performs warehouse and purchasing duties as needed Organizes, processes, and receives deliveries and returns Reviews and corrects orders as necessary Monitors warehouse for compliance of safety policies Education High SchoolDiploma,Required Work Experience Inside sales, Required Warehouse and/or purchasing, Preferred Supervisor, Preferred Customer account management, Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Medical industry beneficial type at least 25-30 words per minute Prior computer experience obtain appropriate licensure where license required Lincare offers employees a variety of competitive benefits that include ongoing training and advancement opportunities.
