Job Description:

We are currently hiring motivated and outgoing individuals to join our Retail Marketing Team inside Home Depot stores. In this role, you will engage with customers, helping homeowners learn more about their water while offering customer assistance. This is a people-focused role —ideal for individuals who enjoy starting conversations and working in a retail environment.

What You'll Do:

Approach and engage customers inside Home Depot Conduct a brief live transfer Represent our company with professionalism and energy Work a consistent, fixed weekly schedule

Compensation & Schedule:

Hourly pay + uncapped commission 28 hours per week (fixed schedule) Weekly pay opportunities based on performance

Requirements:

Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people Strong communication skills Positive, outgoing attitude Reliable and punctual Ability to stand/walk for extended periods Must pass a national criminal background check
