Entry Level Business Development Associate Responsibilities Engage with businesses and customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for AT&T solutions Present AT&T products and services clearly, confidently, and professionally — the same poise you bring to a packed dining room or a busy bar Build and maintain strong customer relationships through communication, follow-up, and personalized service Assist businesses with the account setup process and guide customers through each step of their purchase Recommend AT&T solutions based on each customer's individual business needs Provide reliable customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns efficiently Stay knowledgeable about AT&T products, services, promotions, and available solutions Work toward individual and team sales goals while maintaining a positive and professional customer experience Entry Level Business Development Associate Qualifications / Skills Hospitality, restaurant, bartending, or hosting experience is strongly preferred, you already know how to read a room and keep people happy under pressure Sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and attention to detail Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable speaking with customers and building professional relationships Energetic, motivated, competitive, and eager to learn Bring your hospitality experience somewhere it can build a real career, apply today!Job Type:
