In this role, you'll identify and buy inventory — laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, components, and mobile devices — at prices that support strong resale margin, and build the supplier relationships that keep that inventory flowing. We're looking for someone with experience in the IT market who understands equipment and knows how to negotiate a good buy. What You'll Do Source and purchase IT hardware from a range of suppliers. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships across the market. Review inventory lists and assess spec, condition, and resale potential before making an offer. Negotiate purchase price, payment terms, and freight to protect margin. Manage the buying process end to end: sourcing, evaluation, offer, negotiation, purchase order, payment, and inbound coordination. Coordinate with warehouse and operations on receiving and inventory handling. Track pipeline, purchase history, and pricing in company systems. Keep an eye on market pricing and continuously develop new supply sources. Experience Experience in the IT market — buying, selling, or working closely with IT hardware in a commercial setting. A general working knowledge of IT equipment and what makes it valuable. Comfortable reviewing inventory lists and forming a view on what something is worth. Solid negotiation skills and a buyer's instinct for a good deal. CRM and spreadsheet proficiency for tracking pipeline and pricing. A self-starter who's coachable and eager to learn our business.
