Join Our Team! Barrington's Family Provisions is a family-owned Boar's Head distributor proudly serving retailers throughout Central Florida. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Retail Sales & Selling Events Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, field-based position that combines retail sales, merchandising, customer relationship building, product education, and in-store Boar's Head sampling events. What You'll Do As a Retail Sales & Selling Events Representative, you will represent Barrington's Family Provisions and the Boar's Head Brand at retail locations throughout Central Florida.

• Visit assigned retail locations throughout Central Florida.
• Build strong relationships with store managers, department managers, associates, and consumers.
• Increase sales through merchandising, product placement, promotions, sampling, and in-store execution.
• Ensure Boar's Head products are properly displayed, stocked, rotated, and presented according to brand standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Deliver point-of-sale materials, signage, samples, and promotional items.
• Conduct Boar's Head product demonstrations and selling events.
• Engage consumers through product sampling and educate them about Boar's Head products.
• Educate consumers on product flavors, nutritional information, and complementary products.
• Train retail associates on Boar's Head products and merchandising standards.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve product distribution.
• Prospect and develop new retail accounts within the assigned territory.
• Maintain clean and organized sampling and work areas while following food safety and sanitation practices.
• Set up and break down selling event equipment, including folding tables, utensils, platters, and promotional materials.
• Operate a meat slicer during selling events after training is provided.
• Complete weekly reports and communicate market feedback to management.
• Complete additional activities and special projects as assigned.
• Represent Barrington's Family Provisions and Boar's Head with professionalism and exceptional customer service. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, outgoing, and comfortable working independently while interacting with customers and retail associates.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service, retail sales, merchandising, grocery, foodservice, route sales, or CPG experience preferred.
• At least three months of customer service or similar experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Positive, energetic, and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to multiple retail locations throughout Central Florida.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred, but not required.
• Food preparation experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be willing to learn and operate a meat slicer; training will be provided.
• Must have an internet-enabled cell phone. Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours during selling events.
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to push or pull objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to transport and set up a folding table, utensils, platters, samples, and promotional materials.
• Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments. Schedule

• Daily travel throughout Central Florida
