Sales Coordinator

Join Our Team at Divine Plastic Surgery! We are seeking a highly motivated, talented, and energetic Sales Representative to become part of our amazing team! As a Patient Consultant (PC), you will provide potential and current patients with detailed information about our doctors, company, and surgical procedures. This role involves handling a high volume of phone inquiries and conducting in-person consultations from initial contact to follow-up. Bilingual (Spanish & English)

✔ Drive sales by establishing and maintaining strong patient relationships ✔ Provide superior customer service and guide patients through the decision-making process ✔ Manage new and existing leads, offering detailed procedure and pricing information ✔ Oversee the consultation process, secure deposits, schedule surgeries, and handle facility paperwork ✔ Meet and exceed weekly sales targets ✔ Demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills ✔ Listen attentively and provide friendly, timely responses to patient inquiries

Qualifications:

✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish)•

REQUIRED

✔ Minimum 2 years of sales experience ✔ Strong time management, negotiation, and customer service skills ✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude ✔ Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license ✔ Professionalism, integrity, and a great sense of humor are a must!

Benefits:
