Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service / Sales Support Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Fort Lauderdale, FL, supporting an established international supplier serving the aviation and aerospace industries. This full-time, 100% onsite role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys order coordination, sales support, account service, and building strong relationships with existing customers. This is not a cold-calling or lead generation role. The Customer Service / Sales Support Representative will serve as a key point of contact for established customers, helping process orders, prepare quotes, communicate updates, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service from order entry through shipping. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for existing customers, responding to calls, emails, inquiries, and account needs in a professional and timely manner.
- Enter and process customer orders accurately, monitor order status, and follow orders through fulfillment and shipping.
- Prepare quotations, provide pricing, availability, product information, and lead-time details, and follow up as needed.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, shipping, and internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate customer, order, quote, and account information in company systems.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, account support, customer communication, and long-term relationship management. Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $48,000 per year.
Bonus:

- Employment type: Direct hire. Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage customer service, sales support, order entry, and order processing for existing customer accounts.
- Prepare quotes, follow up on customer requests, and communicate pricing, availability, and lead-time information.
- Coordinate with internal departments to move orders accurately from entry through shipping.
- Support account management activities and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, account management, order management, or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional telephone presence.
- Experience responding to customer inquiries, managing follow-up, and handling multiple priorities accurately.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a small, fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with purchasing, warehouse, shipping, sales, and other internal departments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability and willingness to learn technical products, customer requirements, and aviation or aerospace industry terminology.
- Self-motivated, dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working 100% onsite in Fort Lauderdale. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with order entry, order processing, quoting, customer account support, or inside sales support.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, customer database, or order management systems.
- Background supporting customers in aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, distribution, technical products, or a related industry.
- Associate's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Interest in growing into increased account management responsibilities over time.
