Truly Nolen of Ocala is growing, and we are looking for 2-3 motivated part-time sales representatives to help us introduce our pest control company to homeowners and businesses in targeted Ocala neighborhoods. This is a great opportunity for someone who is friendly, confident, professional, and comfortable talking to people face-to-face. You do not need pest control experience. We will provide basic training, talking points, company information, and clear instructions. Your job is not to perform pest control services or give technical treatment advice. Your job is to start conversations, identify people who may need help, and set appointments for our service team. This role is ideal for college students, part-time workers, people with sales experience, or anyone who wants flexible hours and the opportunity to earn extra income based on effort and results.

Responsibilities:

Introduce Truly Nolen of Ocala to homeowners and local businesses Walk targeted neighborhoods and business areas Hand out company information Ask basic questions about pest concerns Set appointments for inspections or service quotes Collect accurate lead information Represent the company professionally Follow the provided script and process Communicate daily results to management Common services we help customers with include pest control, ants, roaches, spiders, rodents, termites, wasps, fleas, wildlife, and other home protection services.

Part-time Flexible hours Afternoons and early evenings preferred Some Saturday availability preferred

Compensation:

Paid per qualified appointment, with additional bonus opportunities for closed customers. This is a performance-based opportunity. The more quality conversations and qualified appointments you create, the more you can earn.
