What You'll Do:

As an AT&T Retail Sales Representative, you will: Deliver exceptional customer service while helping customers find the right products and services to fit their needs Sell wireless phones, accessories, and AT&T plans with confidence and integrity Stay up to date on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and technology trends Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work culture

Qualifications:

1+ year of retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Comfortable using technology and learning new systems Must be 18 or older
