We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team. This position is commission-based, with earnings tied to the revenue generated from sales. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate HVAC solutions, and closing sales that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Recommend suitable HVAC products and services based on customer requirements Prepare and present professional proposals and estimates Close sales and achieve/exceed revenue targets Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution Stay current on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system

Requirements:

Must have experience as an HVAC Comfort Advisor Proven sales experience IN HVAC sales Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation:

Based on experience, between $150k - $250k per year and open to discuss

Commission:
