Action RoofingInside Sales / Rehash Representative Plantation, Florida | Full-time | In-Office | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Base Hourly Pay + Commission Action Roofing is looking for a motivated Inside Sales / Rehash Representative to join our team in Plantation. This position will focus on re-engaging homeowners with previous roofing proposals and closing qualified opportunities over the phone. The role will also manage incoming "email-only" opportunities , including pulling roof reports, preparing estimates, sending proposals, and following up with customers to close the sale. What You'll Do Call homeowners with previous, unsold roofing proposals and work to close the job over the phone. Follow up with past customers, answer questions, overcome objections, and ask for the sale. Manage incoming "email-only" roofing opportunities from start to finish. Pull roof reports and review property information to prepare accurate estimates. Prepare and email professional roofing proposals to customers. Follow up on emailed proposals and work to convert opportunities into sold jobs. Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up activity in the company's sales system. Coordinate with the Action Roofing team to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale. What We're Looking For Strong phone and communication skills. Sales-driven personality with the ability to confidently ask for the sale. Comfortable handling objections and following up with customers. Strong organization and attention to detail. Comfortable working with computers, email, estimates, and sales software. Roofing or home-services sales experience is a plus, but not required.
