We are looking for an organized, proactive person with strong communication skills who can handle customers, follow up consistently, and keep multiple projects moving at the same time.

• Answer incoming calls, texts, emails, and new customer leads
• Follow up with customers on quotes and open projects
• Communicate with retail customers and builders
• Collect project details, measurements, material selections, and job information
• Coordinate template, fabrication, and installation schedules
• Keep customers updated throughout the project
• Help move quotes to approved jobs and collect deposits
• Maintain accurate project information in the CRM/system
• Make sure no calls, quotes, or customer requests are missed
• Work closely with sales, production, and installation teams
