Pool & Spa Solutions is hiring a Pool Construction & Remodeling Sales Representative in the Port Charlotte / North Port area. This is an appointment-based, part-time outside-sales opportunity serving nearby Southwest Florida job sites.

COMMISSION

5% of the pre-tax contract amount on your assigned sales, paid proportionally as customer payments clear under the written commission agreement. Commission-only; no base salary.

Example:

a $20,000 pre-tax contract produces $1,000 total commission when fully collected. This example is not a guarantee of earnings or sales volume.

THE ROLE

Meet homeowners on site, understand their goals, confirm measurements and access conditions, present company-approved estimates and design materials, follow up promptly, close suitable projects and provide a clear handoff to our construction team. Work includes new pools, resurfacing, tile, coping and pool remodeling. Use Pool HQ to record notes, photos, customer questions and follow-ups. Pricing exceptions require management approval.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Relevant sales experience, especially pools, construction, remodeling or other home improvements; clear communication, dependable follow-up, basic measurement skills and reliable transportation to appointments. Pool construction knowledge is strongly preferred. You should be comfortable using a phone or tablet for customer records and estimates.
