Full Job Description Purpose:

Sales Trainees will begin in our warehouse to learn the basics of Electric Supply before moving to the front Counter and later progressing into an Inside/Outside Salesperson to prospect and build relationships with existing and potential customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Will learn our business by progressing from the Warehouse to the Counter to a Sales position Build relationships with customers through daily interactions Complete daily tasks of assigned department Coordinate, process and disseminate information from other inter departments Keeping up with product knowledge through training Perform other job-related duties as assigned Attend monthly mentorship meetings

Able to work and learn in a fast-paced, self-disciplined environment Effectively manage customer orders for our varied product offering Able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking Excellent time management, organization, and presentation skills Highly proficient in MS Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Education and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds Must be able to work standing up for prolonged periods Sales Experience (Preferred)
