Quarterly team events and annual holiday celebration Key Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC and plumbing needs Recommend system replacement and upgrade options Present financing and pricing solutions clearly and professionally Build trust with customers and deliver a consultative sales experience Manage appointments, proposals, and sales documentation Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project completion Required Qualifications Previous in-home HVAC or plumbing sales experience required Proven track record of closing residential sales Strong communication and presentation skills Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule Computer proficiency; ServiceTitan experience is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to access attics, crawl spaces, basements, and lift up to 25 lbs
