• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their inquiries and purchases
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively
• Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Conduct interviews for potential new hires
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed Qualifications
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a grocery store setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Knowledge of store management, supervising, and leadership principles
• Familiarity with payroll processes and negotiation techniques
