This is an on-site position in Sweetwater, Florida, offering approximately 20 to 25 hours per week. About the Position The Patient Coordinator and Business Development Assistant plays an important role in creating an excellent experience for our patients while supporting the daily operations of the clinic. This position combines patient coordination, administrative support, and exposure to business development. The selected candidate will interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and other business contacts while gaining experience in different areas of a growing healthcare organization. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, resourceful, and eager to learn. Previous medical office experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates professionalism, initiative, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Coordinate patient appointments, communication, and follow-up Assist with front desk and general administrative responsibilities Maintain accurate and organized patient and office information Provide excellent customer service by telephone, email, and in person Support leadership with business development and growth initiatives Assist with professional outreach, communication, and follow-up Collaborate with the team to support efficient daily clinic operations Assist with special projects and other duties as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Must be able to speak, read, and write English and Spanish fluently Basic computer skills required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and service-oriented Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail Comfortable communicating with patients and professionals Ability to learn new systems and procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn, take initiative, and accept feedback Previous healthcare, medical office, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Opportunity for Growth We are looking for someone who wants an opportunity to learn, contribute, and develop professionally.
