Tommy's Express Holdings (TXH) has exciting opportunities for Sales Associates that can achieve excellent guest service, while consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals. General Duties and Responsibilities Provide our guests with a "World Class" experience by greeting our guests in a professional and courteous manner. Has a thorough understanding of Tommy's Express products and promotions to effectively drive sales by providing a solution. Resolve guest complaints and ensure maximum guest satisfaction. Stay up to date with product features and maintain our store's visual appearance in high standards. Drive sales results by creating strategic plans and initiating actions that maximize efficiencies and eliminate obstacles. Demonstrate and maintain the highest levels of customer service. Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through "Go the extra mile" to drive sales Welcome customers to the store and answering their queries Process POS (point of sale) purchases Collaborate with co-workers to ensure proper guest service Build productive trust relationships with guests Education, Experience and Requirements High school diploma or the equivalent Prior sales experience preferred Must possess superior communication and problem-solving skills Collaborative with strong influencing and interpersonal skills Highest level of integrity and ethics, both professional and personal Excellent attention to detail Hands-on experience with POS transactions Have a friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely, professional manner Availability to work flexible shifts Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Ability to use a computer, tablet, smart phone, software, and the internet. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. All safety equipment is provided. Employee will be working in AC as well as outside throughout the workday. On slow days or rainy days, employee may be required to do manual work (i.e. cleaning, stocking shelves, etc).
