As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for opening and closing the showroom, selling products, seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Opportunities for advancement into management available for review as the proper candidates will be fast tracked into taking the responsibility of leadership and management roles. Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products using proven sales techniques to prospective customers
- Making outbound calls as well as taking inbound calls with clientele
- Investigate and expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Engage with customers in a friendly, courteous and professional manner

- You have 2 - 3 years previous sales, customer service or other related fields experience
- You are outgoing and carry yourself with confidence
- You have strong negotiation skills
- You are coachable
- You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You have the ability to build rapport with customers
- You are a natural leader and value leadership what is willing to "roll up their sleeves"
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills, great grammar skills
- You have great technology skills and have worked with different office equipment
- You have mastered organization and are naturally detail-oriented
