Are you a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Sales Operations & Account Coordinator for a dynamic "temp-to-hire" opportunity with a leading organization in the distribution industry. This role goes beyond traditional phone sales, offering a blend of administrative excellence, account management, and strategic sales support.
Position Details Pay Rate:
$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Lunch Break:
30 to 45 minutes
Status:
Temp-to-Hire (Long-term career potential)
Start Date:
As soon as possible
The Role:
Impact & ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Operations & Account Coordinator, you will serve as the essential link between the customer, the outside sales team, and the administrative department.
Qualifications Experience:
Previous sales or sales support experience is required, with a preference for candidates coming from a food distribution background.
Technical Skills:
High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Soft Skills:
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
Physical:

Communicate directly with customers to process orders, resolve complex issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Sales Lifecycle Support:
Prepare professional quotes, contracts, and detailed responses to RFPs/RFIs for prospective clients.
Financial Coordination:
Review accounts receivable reports and partner with customers to complete collections when necessary.
Performance Analytics:
Assist in monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to identify trends and margin opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work hand-in-hand with outside sales reps and the Administrative Services team to keep the sales process moving efficiently. The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment Skills Sales Support
