Job Description

Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for international clients. You will manage the entire order lifecycle, ensuring that food shipments are processed accurately and arrive on schedule across the Caribbean and beyond.
Sales Lifecycle Execution:
Support the growth of our business by drafting professional quotes, managing contracts, and assisting with complex RFP/RFI submissions. You will ensure our sales team has the administrative backing to close major deals.
Financial & AR Coordination:
Take ownership of the financial health of your accounts. You will monitor accounts receivable reports, investigate billing discrepancies, and work directly with clients to resolve payment issues and complete collections.
Logistics & Compliance:
Work closely with our warehouse and freight teams to ensure all shipments meet USDA requirements and international export standards. You will resolve "last-mile" issues, from inventory shortages to documentation corrections.
Performance Analytics:
Assist leadership by tracking daily and monthly sales performance. You ll analyze margins and identify trends to help us capture new market opportunities.
Qualifications Experience:
2+ years in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Logistics (Export experience preferred).
Skills:
Proficiency in order processing, AR/Collections, and professional business communication.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Attributes:
A problem-solver who can handle "complex issues" with a calm, professional demeanor.
salary:
$20 - $21 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

Act as the lead operational contact for international export clients. Manage the full order lifecycle from entry to delivery, ensuring seamless communication regarding shipping schedules, product availability, and potential transit delays.
Complex Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve logistical bottlenecks, inventory shortages, or documentation errors. Utilize problem-solving skills to maintain high service levels and ensure client retention in a fast-paced food distribution environment.
Sales Lifecycle Support:
Prepare professional quotes, formal contracts, and comprehensive responses to RFPs/RFIs. Coordinate with procurement to verify pricing and lead times, ensuring all sales proposals are competitive and operationally feasible.
Financial Oversight & AR:
Review weekly accounts receivable reports to track payment statuses. Partner directly with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and execute collections to maintain healthy cash flow and minimize aging debt.
Performance Analytics:
Assist in monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics. Analyze data to identify market trends, track profit margins, and highlight growth opportunities or cost-saving measures within assigned accounts.
Cross-Functional Synergy:
Collaborate with outside sales reps and administrative teams to streamline workflows. Liaise with warehouse and freight teams to ensure USDA compliance and optimized container loading.
