Sales Representative

Responsibilities Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services. Drive routes efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products. Execute point of sales by merchandising, applying planogram and products rotation (FIFO). Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction Lead merchandising activities to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards and increasing space point of sales Manage pricing strategies effectively to offer competitive yet profitable options for customers Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, route details, and customer satisfaction Demonstrate excellent communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and build lasting relationships Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is preferred Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations, discounts, and inventory management Ability to perform medium lifting safely during product handling, delivery tasks and merchandising execution Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities Organizational skills to manage routes, schedules, and merchandising setups efficiently Experience in sales or retail environments is advantageous; previous experience is a plus Excellent communication skills to clearly convey product benefits and negotiate effectively Bilingual Spanish / English.
