Position Overview As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through every step of the vehicle purchasing process, from initial inquiry to final delivery. This is a results-driven role ideal for individuals who are energetic, personable, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives Explain pricing, financing options, and add-on products Negotiate terms and close sales effectively Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus) Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-focused with a positive attitude Self-motivated and goal-oriented Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work evenings and weekends Fluent in English and Spanish Why Join Us?
