We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on building business relationships, generating leads, and creating impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses, insurance companies, apartment complexes, and property management firms to generate new opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts to drive referral business. Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms, including creating engaging posts, responding to messages, and tracking analytics. Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns that align with EnviroPro 360's brand and growth objectives. Coordinate occasional in-person visits to targeted prospects to strengthen relationships and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development (environmental or restoration industry experience a plus). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to confidently engage potential clients. Proficiency in social media management and basic content creation. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection professionally.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
