Responsibilities Manage existing customer accounts, building relationships with repeat customers Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, providing detailed information and tailored solutions to meet customer needs Assist clients with product selections, order processing, and resolving any issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction Support client services by managing inquiries related to billing, account updates, or technical questions with professionalism Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, share insights, and improve overall customer experience Load and unload customers if needed, forklift experience preferred Requirements Experience in Roofing or Building products industries Multilingual abilities are highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse client bases Proven experience in sales, customer support is advantageous Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities are a plus Demonstrated ability in data entry, typing accuracy, and computer literacy for efficient record keeping Experience with outbound calling campaigns and phone communication etiquette Exceptional organizational skills combined with customer service problem-solving abilities Ability to handle cash transactions or payments accurately when necessary Prior experience in customer service or client communication roles enhances success in this position
