Must have the ability to successfully represent the ALM brand, follow up with leads, facilitate a sale, deliver a car, "do the right thing" and work as a team. Automotive Sales Representative Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain a vehicle based on customer needs and desires Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail Sell and arrange for delivery, financing, or service contracts Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
