At Comer & Cross Concrete Coatings, we provide our Outside Sales Representatives with appointments from homeowners who have already requested an estimate. You focus on the part you're good at: building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing deals. We're currently hiring for our October 5 paid training class and moving quickly through interviews. $130,000-$170,000 Top-performing representatives earn $200,000+ annually Your income is directly tied to your sales performance Who We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: Competitive and motivated by results Confident speaking face-to-face with homeowners Comfortable asking for the sale Professional and dependable Coachable and willing to follow a proven process Comfortable working independently in the field Able to manage a fast-paced appointment schedule Previous in-home or outside sales experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates from the following backgrounds often transition well into this role: Home improvement Roofing Windows and doors HVAC Flooring Bath remodeling Solar Automotive sales High-ticket retail or consultative sales Concrete coatings experience is not required. We provide product and sales training. Schedule Appointments are scheduled throughout the week and every other Saturday. This is an on-the-road position requiring regular travel throughout the local market. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout the territory are required. October 5 Training Class Our next paid training class begins October 5, 2026. We are interviewing now and expect to make hiring decisions quickly.
