(GAC) is looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our commercial aircraft parts business across North America. You will be directly involved in revenue-generating activity, working daily with Airlines, MROs, OEMs, and internal sales leadership. High performers have a clear and defined path to Outside Sales / Account Management . Tasks What you will do Prepare and manage high-volume RFQs and quotations Liaise directly with customers and vendors to secure pricing and lead times Use automation tools and internal systems to monitor processes, improve efficiency, and keep workflows moving Support Regional Sales Managers and the Director of Sales on key accounts Identify new business opportunities within assigned customer base Manage follow-ups, order flow, and customer communication end-to-end Work in a fast-paced aftermarket environment where accuracy and speed matter Requirements What we're looking for Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) 2+ years in sales, inside sales, customer service, or commercial support Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a high-volume environment Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable Interest in commercial aviation and long-term career growth in sales Tools & systems Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency is important) Outlook, Teams, ERP systems (Quantum Control experience is a plus) AI and automation tools used to improve workflow efficiency, communication, quoting support, and process oversight Benefits Compensation & growth Base salary: $50,000
