We work with independent restaurants, restaurant chains, contractors, schools, hospitality groups and other foodservice businesses across the country.

We're looking for someone who enjoys sales, communicates well with customers and understands that good follow-up is what turns a quote into an order.

You don't need to know every piece of restaurant equipment on day one. We're looking for someone who is motivated, organized, comfortable talking with customers and willing to learn the industry. What You'll Do Answer incoming sales calls, emails and customer inquiries Prepare equipment quotes and proposals Follow up consistently on open quotes and opportunities Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers Help customers select equipment for their restaurants and projects Work with manufacturers and vendors on pricing, availability and specifications Maintain customer opportunities and follow-ups in our CRM system Communicate with customers throughout the sales and order process Build relationships with restaurant owners, contractors and multi-location customers Work closely with our sales, design, purchasing and operations teams What We're Looking For Previous inside sales, B2B sales or customer-facing sales experience Strong phone and email communication skills Good follow-up habits Comfortable managing multiple customers and quotes at the same time Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers, CRM systems and quoting software Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Commercial kitchen equipment, restaurant supply or foodservice experience is a big plus, but not required

Compensation Base Pay:

$22-25/hour (based on experince)

Quarterly Commission:

Uncapped A realistic performer can earn approximately $6,000 per quarter in commission , or around $24,000 annually , with the opportunity to earn more.

Realistic Total Compensation:

$70,000

Our salespeople are expected to consistently communicate with customers, prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities and develop new business.

Typical daily activity includes:
