Sales Representative - Home Décor, Furniture & Flooring We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a passion for interior design, enjoy helping customers create beautiful spaces, and have a proven background in retail sales, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist customers on the sales floor with selecting home décor, furniture, fabric, and flooring products. Provide outstanding customer service from the initial consultation through the final sale. Build relationships with customers and make product recommendations based on their needs and style preferences. Maintain product knowledge and stay current on new merchandise and design trends. Process sales accurately and assist with special orders when needed. Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing. Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals. Qualifications Previous retail sales experience is required, preferably in furniture, home décor, flooring, or interior design. Strong communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Comfortable working with customers throughout the sales process.
