Professional working proficiency in English and Chinese required; Korean language skills are a strong plus Job Summary Box Beauty is hiring a Bilingual Wholesale Sales Representative to develop and manage retail customer accounts throughout Greater Atlanta. This is primarily a field-based sales position. The representative will regularly visit retail stores and work directly with store owners, managers, and buyers to introduce products, develop new accounts, increase repeat orders, and build long-term business relationships. The position is based out of our Suwanee, GA office, with support from our local office and warehouse team. Key Responsibilities Manage Existing Accounts

• Visit existing wholesale customers throughout Greater Atlanta
• Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers
• Follow up with active and inactive accounts
• Identify reorder, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities
• Present new products, best sellers, and available inventory
• Recommend products based on each retailer's customer base and purchasing history
• Assist customers with product selection and wholesale orders
• Maintain consistent follow-up after customer visits and orders
• Develop long-term customer relationships and increase repeat business Develop New Accounts
• Identify and prospect qualified retail businesses throughout Greater Atlanta
• Visit prospective customers in person
• Introduce Box Beauty and our product assortment
• Conduct outbound prospecting through store visits, phone, text, email, referrals, and networking
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers
• Convert qualified prospects into new wholesale accounts
• Develop new retail relationships throughout the Atlanta market Potential customers may include:

• Asian Supermarkets
• Gift Shops
• Lifestyle Stores
• Convenience Stores
• Specialty Retailers
• Mall Stores and Kiosks
• Independent Retailers Product Presentation & Sales
• Develop strong knowledge of Box Beauty products and inventory
• Present products and samples to customers
• Explain wholesale pricing, product features, and availability
• Recommend products based on retailer type and customer demand
• Introduce new arrivals and in-stock products
• Help customers explore new product categories
• Identify opportunities for larger or repeat orders
• Gather customer and market feedback Territory Management
• Plan efficient daily and weekly store visit routes
• Maintain consistent customer coverage throughout the assigned territory
• Track customer visits, opportunities, orders, and follow-up activities
• Prioritize customers based on sales potential and follow-up needs
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records
• Follow up with customers after meetings and orders
• Work toward monthly sales and new-account goals
• Coordinate with the Suwanee office and warehouse team as needed Required Qualifications
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Professional working proficiency in Chinese
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Greater Atlanta
• Comfortable spending the majority of the workweek visiting retail customers in person
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage a sales territory independently
• Organized and consistent with customer follow-up
• Comfortable using email, messaging apps, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and basic business tools Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in outside sales, field sales, wholesale sales, route sales, account management, or B2B sales
• Experience selling physical consumer products
• Experience working with independent retailers or small business owners
• Existing retail relationships in Greater Atlanta
• Experience in beauty supply, Asian retail, gifts, lifestyle products, or specialty retail
• Experience developing new accounts and generating repeat orders
• Korean language skills are a strong plus

Compensation Base Salary:

$60,000

• 72,000 per year

Plus:

• Performance-based commission
• Business mileage/travel support according to company policy
