Job Description
Please note:
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and working with a variety of tools. You'll be using different AI tools and software regularly, so this is more about adaptability and problem-solving than repetitive, muscle-memory tasks. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations across customer portals, e-commerce marketplaces, and company websites. Create, update, and optimize product listings to improve product visibility, accuracy, and sales performance. Conduct product research and market analysis across global marketplaces. Monitor competitors, pricing, products, and market trends. Analyze daily sales, inventory, and operational data and prepare reports. Leverage AI tools to support daily sales and operations, analyze data, generate reports, and improve workflow efficiency. Support product selection, merchandising, assortment planning, pricing, and promotional activities. Create marketing content and assist with social media and other digital marketing activities. Manage inventory levels and perform routine inventory and product management tasks. Coordinate order fulfillment, including Small Parcel, LTL, and FTL shipments, and track logistics. Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and messaging platforms. Support new marketplace/account onboarding and other cross-functional projects as needed. Requirements & Skills Experience managing e-commerce marketplace platforms. Experience using EDI services. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to learn new software, marketplace platforms, and AI tools quickly. Preferred Skills Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred due to regular communication with Mandarin-speaking vendors and manufacturing partners in China and Malaysia. Experience in marketing, digital marketing, or merchandising. Experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or inventory management.Pay:
