Our Sales Representative is a key client-facing role responsible for maintaining and growing strong relationships with clients. They combine customer service and active field-based selling to drive client satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the company. The Sales Representative customarily spends the majority of working time visiting clients, prospects, and vendors at their locations. This role begins with a structured 3-6 month training period, during which you'll shadow experienced reps, learn our products and systems, and build field experience under close mentorship. Upon successfully completing training, you'll transition into a full outside sales role with an ongoing commission/salary structure focused on independent client visits and territory management.
- Travels regularly to client and prospect locations to conduct in-person sales, product demonstrations, and relationship visits.
- Maintains an active territory of assigned accounts and prospects; conducts regular, scheduled in-person visits to build and sustain long-term vendor and client relationships.
- Identifies prospective vendors, lead generation, and conversion.
- Generates leads through in-person prospecting and converts prospects into customers through direct, face-to-face engagement.
- Emphasizes product features and capabilities during client meetings and live equipment demonstrations to show how X-ray systems fulfill each client's specific needs.
- Contributes and takes initiative in Sales and Marketing and the execution of business plans with other team members to promote a team atmosphere.
- Performs well under tight deadlines and efficiently multitasks.
- Analyzes and understands industry market trends, competition, and products that may impact sales efforts and communicates these kinds of issues as necessary.
- Updates sales data regularly; importing new data, pulling data, updating records, and performing cross checks.
- Conducts and/or coordinates sales, marketing, and training meetings as required, in addition to primary field sales responsibilities.
- Travels to attend business meetings, seminars, exhibitions, trade shows, and vendor sites as needed. International travel may be required.

Minimum Requirements:
1+ years of successful sales experience or B2B (Preferred) Experience building, maintaining, and managing vendor relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to travel within U.S., Central and South America Bilingual
