Job Description
About the Role Paulk Vineyards is looking for a Regional Sales Representative to take over our South Georgia territory. You'll drive our company van to retail stores across the region, building relationships with store owners and buyers, delivering wine, and running in-store tastings that turn browsers into buyers. A few times a year, you'll also represent us at regional wine festivals. This is a relationship-driven, on-the-road sales role for someone who's self-motivated, comfortable talking to store owners and shoppers alike, and takes pride in representing a product they can be proud of. What You'll Do Drive our company van on a regular route to retail stores throughout South Georgia, starting and ending each day at our winery Build and maintain relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers Sell our wines into new and existing retail accounts Deliver product and manage inventory at retail locations Conduct in-store wine tastings as needed to drive sales and introduce new products Represent Paulk Vineyards at regional wine festivals, 2-3 times per year Occasional overnight travel required (roughly 2-3 nights per month) for accounts and events farther from home base What We're Looking For Prior sales or delivery experience preferred Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Must be 21 or older (required for alcohol sales and delivery) Comfortable speaking with customers one-on-one and presenting product at tastings Self-starter who can manage a route and territory with minimal supervision Reliable, personable, and honest — you're the face of our winery to every store you visit Wine knowledge is a plus, but not required — we'll train you on our products Fits our team's values: Humble, Honest, Hungry, and Smart Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday. Days start and end at our winery. Expect occasional overnight travel (about 2-3 nights per month) for outlying accounts, plus a handful of weekend festival appearances each year.
