Part-Time Building Coordinator - Sales Position Bamboo Living is looking for an enthusiastic Building Coordinator to join our fast-growing architecture firm! Sell Bamboo Homes and Save the Planet! Our green building company is seeking an outgoing, self-motivated, and sales-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal communication skills. If you love sales and are looking for a product that you can feel good about promoting, please read on! The Building Coordinator collaborates with our small - but amazing - team to develop and implement an effective sales plan. This position interacts with prospective clients daily to provide information, answer questions, schedule house tours, and help guide clients through the purchase process. This position also assists current clients as their homes move through the production process. The Building Coordinator is passionate about sustainable living and is determined to help more people create their dream home with Bamboo Living. Must be organized, honest, and pro-active. Must update company CRM daily with accurate detailed notes. These points are key to success in the role. Education and/or
Experience:
Sales experience with a proven track record of success. 2+ years of customer service experience preferred. College degree desired. Experience with Hubspot CRM, Salesforce, or other CRM software highly desired. Required proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, Gmail, Google Calendar, online research, and various tasks to get the job done. Excellent time management and organizational skills are required. Experience with construction, construction trades, or real estate preferred.Compensation:
Base hourly rate plus commissionEmployment Type:
