$90,000 - $180,000+ annually Modern dealership facility and supportive leadership team Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Performance-driven culture that rewards results Team-oriented environment focused on customer satisfaction and employee success Job Duties Structure and desk vehicle transactions to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Support and coach Sales Consultants throughout the sales process to increase closing effectiveness. Review pricing strategies, trade valuations, lender programs, and payment options. Assist customers with vehicle selection, negotiations, and purchase decisions when needed. Drive achievement of sales, gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction goals. Monitor lead conversion, showroom activity, and overall sales performance. Develop and mentor Sales Consultants through ongoing coaching and accountability. Ensure compliance with dealership processes, manufacturer standards, and regulatory requirements. Partner closely with the Finance team to facilitate efficient deal flow and vehicle deliveries, while providing finance support when necessary. Assist with inventory pricing, merchandising, and inventory aging strategies. Lead daily sales meetings and maintain accountability to performance goals. Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of top automotive talent. Professionally resolve customer concerns and escalations. Perform additional leadership responsibilities as assigned. Requirements 3+ years of automotive sales leadership experience in an OEM-franchised dealership. Proven success desking deals and driving sales profitability. Strong understanding of automotive finance, lender programs, and trade appraisals. Experience developing and coaching high-performing sales teams. Proficiency with dealership CRM, DMS, and desking tools. Strong communication, leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Compensation $90,000 - $180,000+ annually , based on experience, performance, and results.Confidential Search:
