Drive Your Success Carpetland USA is seeking a driven Outside Sales Specialist to expand our footprint across northeast Iowa multi-family housing and property management market. You will act as the primary liaison between Carpetland USA and regional property management companies. Your main focus will be identifying new market opportunities, building relationships, presenting floor covering solutions and negotiating agreements.
Essential Responsibilities Lead Generation & Business Development Contract Negotiation & Bidding Relationship Management Jobsite & Technical Support Market Tracking CRM & Pipeline Tracking Qualifications Experience:
Flooring experience is preferred. 2+ years of proven success in B2B outside sales, business development, or account management (experience in multi-family real estate, property management services, or building materials strongly preferred).
Skills:
Strong prospecting, market development, and client acquisition.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written presentation abilities to deliver sales solutions to property managers.
Self-Direction:
Highly organized with disciplined time-management skills to manage a wide geographic sales territory independently.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable using sales software/CRM tools and basic measurement estimation tools.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and a clean driving record for daily travel throughout the designated territory.
Pay:
$54,936.66 - $66,160.28 per year
