Full-Time About Conduit Direct Group Conduit Direct Group is a rapidly growing manufacturing company, serving clients across telecommunications, fiber, and infrastructure markets. As we scale toward our next stage of revenue growth, we're building out our sales organization and looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help drive pipeline and close new business. Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities primarily through phone, email, and virtual channels. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a lean, fast-moving sales environment and wants to help shape a growing revenue function from the ground up. You'll work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to execute outbound strategy, manage a pipeline of accounts, and contribute directly to company growth targets. Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and sequences targeting ideal customer profiles Qualify inbound leads and manage them through the sales pipeline from first contact to close Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, including activity logging, pipeline stage, and forecasting data Handle objections and negotiate terms to close deals that meet margin and volume targets Collaborate with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth handoff of new accounts Build and maintain relationships with new contractors/clients to identify upsell and renewal opportunities Report on pipeline health, conversion metrics, and quota attainment to sales leadership Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs within the fiber/telecom infrastructure space Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar quota-carrying role (manufacturing, industrial, or telecom/fiber industry experience a plus) Proven ability to manage a full-cycle sales process, from prospecting to close Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable on the phone and leading virtual presentations Experience with CRM platforms and a disciplined approach to pipeline management Self-starter who can operate with autonomy in a lean, resource-conscious sales team Comfortable with quota and compensation structures tied to performance Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree What Success Looks Like Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly quota targets Strong client retention and expansion within assigned accounts Effective collaboration with operations to ensure customer commitments are met Compensation & Benefits Base salary + commission (details provided upon offer) Holiday Pay, PTO, Profit sharing, Health Insurance coming soon.
