Restoration Business Developer

Job Description:

This company is looking for a top Business Developer to join a fast-growing, tech-forward restoration company based in the DSM area . They are seeking a highly motivated, autonomous individual with experience in business development within restoration or related industries. This role is an urgent need, and qualified candidates will be contacted ASAP!

Info/Requirements:

Must bring in a strong book of business with local clientele. This is a well-respected, full-service restoration company specializing in mitigation, contents/pack-outs, and reconstruction, with a strong and growing recon department. On-site role with local travel to meet clients and build relationships. Role is primarily business development with limited estimating responsibilities. Looking for a mix of business development and light estimating , with a strong focus on relationship building. Must be comfortable guiding customers through the insurance process. Ideal candidate will serve as an insurance expert and trusted advisor for clients. Experience with restoration, construction, or home services strongly preferred. Someone who is highly tech-forward. Very autonomous role—company provides a laptop, gas card, debit card, toll tag, and a monthly stipend to manage your territory independently. Open to candidates bringing relationships from any source— all relationships are commission-eligible . Strong people skills, grit, integrity, and a self-starter mentality are essential.
