The ideal candidate is confident working with customers, has strong communication skills, and is driven to meet sales goals. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners and business owners to discuss insulation needs Inspect properties and identify insulation opportunities Explain insulation options, benefits, and energy savings to customers Prepare estimates and present proposals Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships Close sales and meet monthly sales goals Coordinate with installation crews to ensure a smooth customer experience Maintain accurate customer and sales records Experience Previous sales experience required Construction, insulation, or home-improvement experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Professional and dependable Comfortable using a phone, computer, and basic estimating software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation To Apply please send your resume or contact us at office@empireesf.com
