is seeking a motivated, Route Sales Representative to join our team in Idaho. A sales representative at Diamond Game is responsible for managing an assigned sales route and developing strong, lasting relationships with retail partners throughout Idaho. This field-based position serves as a key representative of Diamond Game, supporting retailers, driving sales growth, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. This role will oversee day-to-day activities across an assigned geographic territory, including maintaining established sales routes, supporting potential service-related needs, implementing marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with Diamond Game and Idaho State Lottery policies and requirements. Success in this role requires a strong customer-service mindset, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage a territory while consistently achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals. Job Responsibilities Proactively promote and sell new and existing lottery games and Diamond Game gaming machines to retail partners. Act as Diamond Games primary liaison with its Idaho Lottery retailers. Ensure retailers have adequate inventory and clean, proper working equipment. Occasionally travel throughout the state to assist with other routes, to include occasional overnights. Maintain accurate sales data, records, and reports. Learn and assist with minor Field Service responsibilities. Participate in a monthly on-call rotation, with the potential of covering weekend service calls. Ensure retailers adhere to all state Lottery laws, rules and regulations. Drive long distances both within the assigned territory and occasionally travel to other parts of Idaho. Safely operate a company vehicle. Effectively communicate retailer issues to Idaho Market Management; coordinate with the team to determine necessary corrective actions for issue resolution. Ensure wire runs in all sites are clean and professional looking and report to Idaho Market Manager any site that needs attention. Consistently demonstrate the ability to practice Diamond Game's core values and apply them. Have a focus on maximizing sales in all locations by recognizing retailers that could benefit by increasing price points. Ensure all sites have the training and attention needed to continue growing sales. Consistently demonstrate the ability to practice Diamond Game's core values and apply them. Perform other tasks and duties as needed and/or requested by management. Education and Experience Route sales experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience preferred. Experience with bars, veteran/fraternal clubs, and/or lottery/casino gaming is preferred. Knowledge and Abilities Must be able to take direction efficiently while working independently and as part of a Customer service experience with the ability to conduct work in a professional manner both on the phone and in person. Must have outstanding time management and organizational skills while working in an environment with minimal in-person supervision. Good communication skills, both oral and Ability to at times drive long distances. Detail-oriented, self-motivated and Must have basic knowledge of computer Must have the ability and enthusiasm to sell to current customers as well as the ability and willingness to recruit new retailers to help grow the market. Regulatory Requirements Employment dependent on successfully passing a regulatory background and credit check. Employees in Idaho must also successfully pass a background check by the Idaho Lottery. Employees may also be subject to additional periodic background checks as needed and/or required by Diamond Game and/or Diamond Game customers. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, employees are required to sit; walk; talk and hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, crawl, reach, and stretch. Employees are occasionally required to move around the office. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
