Franklin Building Supply
Sales Specialist
Job Description
Bring your book. Build something bigger. TVID Interiors — the interior products division of Franklin Building Supply — is looking for an experienced flooring, cabinet, or countertop sales pro who already has relationships in new home construction, commercial, or remodeling and is ready to put them to work somewhere they'll actually pay off. This isn't a transactional sales seat. You'll be building lasting relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners — the kind that turn into repeat business, referrals, and a book that keeps growing well past your first close. What Makes TVID Different
- One-Stop Builder Solution. We provide flooring, cabinetry, and countertops all under one roof — one vendor relationship, one accountable point of contact, fewer coordination headaches for your customers. That's an easier sell than what most of your competition can offer.
- In-House Manufacturing. Our own cabinet shop and countertop fabrication facility give us direct control over quality, lead times, and custom specs — capabilities most distributors simply can't match. You close faster because we deliver faster.
- Integrated Project Support.
- Proactively develop new business across new home construction, commercial, and remodeling
- Build and maintain relationships with homebuilders, GCs, designers, property managers, and homeowners
- Run site visits and client meetings — assess needs, present product, deliver estimates
- Negotiate pricing and terms while protecting margin
- Guide customers through material selection and hand off cleanly to project management and installation
- Own your numbers: track activity and pipeline in CRM, hit and exceed sales targets, report results Requirements What You Bring
- 3+ years of sales experience in flooring, cabinetry, countertops, or related building materials
- An existing book of relationships in home building, commercial construction, or remodeling that you can bring with you
- A track record of hitting or beating sales targets
- Comfort with CRM tools, estimating software, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communicator, self-starter, valid driver's license for site visits What We Stand For We're a safety-first organization that never stops learning and problem-solving, and we're building something with real financial upside for the people who help build it.
Our purpose is simple:
we make building easy for our customers by delivering an experience that's simple, predictable, and easy to navigate — and that starts with the people who represent us in the field.Benefits
