What You'll Do Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, designers, developers, architects, and homeowners. Generate new business through your existing network and ongoing prospecting. Prepare accurate material estimates and takeoffs. Assist clients with product selections, specifications, and value engineering. Manage projects from bid through material delivery while providing exceptional customer service. Become a trusted resource for interior finish solutions and continue growing your territory. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in the building or construction industry. Experience preparing accurate estimates and material takeoffs. Strong understanding of construction processes and finish materials. Established book of business or industry relationships. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
