Position Summary:

As the Freight Broker, you will develop carrier relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the highest standards of service.

Freight Broker Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and shippers Negotiate rates and ensure competitive pricing strategies Manage the full freight lifecycle including sourcing, booking, tracking, and delivery Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities for growth and account expansion Leverage TMS and other technology tools to streamline operations

Freight Broker Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of domestic transportation Proven track record of building carrier networks and negotiating rates Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Experience with TMS platforms (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
