Job Description

About the Role Our client is a growing restoration company looking for an experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee reconstruction projects from the initial rebuild scope through final completion. This role is responsible for coordinating homeowners, insurance-related requirements, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and internal teams to ensure each project is completed on time, on budget, and to company quality standards. The ideal candidate has residential construction or restoration experience, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects and moving parts at once. What You'll Do
  • Manage residential rebuild and reconstruction projects from start to finish
  • Review project scopes, estimates, measurements, plans, and work orders
  • Coordinate with homeowners throughout the reconstruction process
  • Work closely with insurance adjusters, carriers, and other project stakeholders when applicable
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, vendors, and internal production teams
  • Schedule work in the correct sequence to keep projects moving efficiently
  • Ensure materials, products, and equipment are available when needed
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits and monitor project progress
  • Ensure work is completed according to the approved scope and company standards
  • Identify job site issues and develop solutions quickly
  • Manage change orders and additional work
  • Track project costs, labor, materials, and overall profitability
  • Coordinate inspections and permitting as required
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, photos, notes, and updates
  • Communicate project status, delays, and changes to homeowners and internal teams
  • Manage punch lists, final walkthroughs, and project closeout
  • Address customer concerns and help ensure a positive reconstruction experience
  • Hold subcontractors and trade partners accountable for quality, schedule, and workmanship
  • Communicate consistently with Sales, Estimating, Production, Operations, and Customer Service What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in residential construction, restoration, reconstruction, or remodeling
  • Experience managing multiple residential projects
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and trade partners
  • Strong understanding of residential construction processes and sequencing
  • Ability to understand scopes of work, estimates, measurements, and project documentation
  • Experience working with insurance restoration projects is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and project challenges
  • Comfortable conducting regular jobsite visits
  • Proficiency with computers, email, and project management software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience with water, fire, storm, or other insurance-related restoration projects is a plus.

Pay:
$85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
