As an In-Store Brand Ambassador , you'll represent Angel Water at major retail locations throughout Oak Brook, Bolingbrook, and Schaumburg . Your main focus will be starting conversations with shoppers, introducing them to the benefits of better water, and scheduling complimentary in-home water testing appointments for interested homeowners. No water industry experience is required. We provide training and support to help you succeed. What You'll Do Approach and engage shoppers in a friendly, professional way Start conversations about water quality, healthier water, and potential household savings Ask simple qualifying questions and generate customer interest Schedule complimentary in-home water testing appointments Enter and manage leads and appointments using an iPad Represent Angel Water professionally inside our retail partner locations Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals What We're Looking For Friendly, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with new people Strong communication and customer service skills Sales, retail, hospitality, promotions, or customer-facing experience is a plus Motivated by goals and performance incentives Comfortable standing and interacting with shoppers throughout the shift Comfortable learning and using an iPad Dependable, positive, and willing to learn Weekend availability Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation required Pay & Perks $16-$18 per hour base pay , depending on experience Average earnings of $20-$25 per hour with performance incentives Weekly performance incentives Quarterly bonus opportunities Consistent scheduling with 30-40 hours available Paid training Opportunity to grow into full-time and leadership positions Supportive, team-oriented work environment Schedule Part-time with opportunity for full-time Approximately 30-40 hours per week Weekday and weekend shifts In-person retail environment
