Duties Create and maintain quotes for customers, ensuring best pricing practices for both Company and Customers, responsiveness, and high levels of customer service. Manage relationships with suppliers to optimize annual and project specific pricing and ensure site-specific product availability. Manage data integrity of customer information, quotes, job set-ups and orders in sales and dispatch systems. Administer new account onboarding and approval paperwork in coordination with finance team. Provide best-in-class customer service for both internal and external customers. Support Sales Team in other areas as assigned.
