Inside Sales Associate Company Overview Founded in 1912, Nehring produces bare/insulated copper and aluminum wire and cable products for the utility and electrical distribution markets. Position The Inside Sales Associate will play an integral role interacting with customers and driving company sales. The successful candidate will handle the following responsibilities: Interact with existing customers and outside sales agents to manage/develop relationships and source new sales opportunities. Provide price quotes, product information, production scheduling and shipping information to customers. Coordinate with production to determine shipping schedule. Interface with outbound freight companies to ensure seamless delivery of products. Monitor and update customer price sheets. Compile and distribute sales reports. Assist with the return material authorization (RMA) process for customer-returned product. Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred. Work onsite in DeKalb. Experience performing transactions in an ERP environment preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, intermediate-level Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables). Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication. Strong organizational and critical thinking skills. Self-motivated with the ability to exhibit confidence and professionalism to external parties.
