Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable Business Development Coordinator to support sales growth through the development of polished business materials, presentations, and structured sales-support processes. This role plays a central part in translating business concepts, data, and initiatives into clear, professional outputs that enable effective customer and sales engagement. This position requires strong organizational ability, writing skills, and advanced PowerPoint proficiency. The ideal candidate is highly responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple requests, timelines, and deliverables within a fast-paced business development environment. This role offers a clear path toward a Business Development Manager position as responsibilities, ownership, and process leadership expand.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop feasibility study reports, business reviews, and customer-facing presentations Create polished sales, new business, and education materials Produce written content including newsletters and sales-support resources Support inquiry-driven campaigns and business development communications Serve as a central intake point for sales-related requests and materials Manage timelines, priorities, and execution of deliverables Coordinate inputs from marketing and translate them into usable sales tools Maintain organized brand libraries, resources, and documentation Enforce established standards, consistency, and processes Support CRM accuracy, inbound lead tracking, and reporting activities
Qualifications:
Prior experience in business support, coordination, marketing, or related roles Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills Strong writing, editing, and communication abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines High attention to detail and commitment to polished deliverables Comfortable working across sales and marketing functions
